Savills and Cushman & Wakefield with co-exclusive mandate to market Logicor’s asset at Ermida Logistic Park

This BREEAM Very Good certified warehouse is part of one of the most important industrial parks in the region

Savills and Cushman & Wakefield, are co-exclusively marketing one of Ermida’s Logistic Park prime Assets, managed by Logicor, one of Europe’s leading Real Estate logistics management players.

The asset, is located in the Ermida industrial area (Santo Tirso), comprising four independent units, that are currently in the final stage of construction, expected to be delivered in December 2023.
